At the Basque Culinary Center we want to offer students a 360º view of gastronomy. We invite students to learn how to set up and maintain a garden. How do soil and temperature influence vegetable quality? What types of production are there? How does the selection of ingredients influence the dishes prepared in the kitchen? In this video we collect the experience of 1st year students of the Bachelor’s Degree in Gastronomy and Culinary Arts.
