The 2nd year students of the Basque Culinary Center have completed the “Cocinando con los Chefs” (Cooking with the chefs) project. This time, they worked side by side with Carolina Sánchez and Iñaki Murua, chefs and owners of the restaurant Ikaro in Logroño. They are both alumi of the Basque Culinary Center.
