Ane Lore Lasa Elorza. He was born in Beasain in 1996. He studied the Bachelor’s Degree in Gastronomy and Culinary Arts at the Basque Culinary Center. A year ago, he decided to launch the R restaurant project, which is located in the Gros district of San Sebastian.
