Martiko challenge


Lander Cornago has won the 7th edition of the Martiko Challenge with his NATURA project. The students of 3rd grade of the bachelor’s degree in Gastronomy and Culinary Arts at the Basque Culinary Center have created dishes using products from Martiko. Half scholarship to pay the last year of the degree was at stake and the students have submitted courageous and interesting proposals.
