The Faculty of Gastronomic Sciences has celebrated its 10th anniversary

We started trainning future chefs, and the bachelor’s degree in Gastronomy and Culinary Arts has already had 11 promotions. 570 people have graduated and we have had students of 38 nationalities. We believe that gastronomy is something that goes beyond cooking. To give it the scientific recognition it deserves, we have created the first gastronomic technology center: BBC Innovation. We also started the first gastronomic doctorate program.
