Andrea Gil studied the Master’s Degree in Strategic Management of People’s Talent (Mtalent) at the Faculty of Business Studies and now works in Lantek. She developed the Final Master’s Project in Lantek, with the aim of creating a Job Description Guide that the company would then implement in all its offices. In this video we collected her testimony and also spoke to Gemma Nogales, Chief Human Resources Officer in Lantek, who explained to us the relationship between Lantek and Mondragon University.
